Summary

Exclude Mercurial .hg/ trees from rbuild source staging, matching the existing CVS, SVN, and Git ignores.
Also exclude .hg from rbuild's own installsrc tarball.

Test plan

Guest tests/test_builder: 420 checks, 0 failures, including test_setupdirs_excludes_hg (failed before the exclude, passed after).
