Done in commit
f3b2ea7b6on master: core kernel, boot, DriverKit, machkit, kernload, Csu, system_config, CoreOSMakefiles and the system libraries now live under src/CoreOS/, with drivers split into src/CoreOS/drivers/{i386,ppc,generic}. Userland Libutil-1, Liby-1, LibcAT-1 and Libtelnet-1 stay at src/.
