Zakk a2018bd91c Wrap all access to allLayer map in CSCaptureBase in autorelease pools. When layer updates/pcm creation were called from a thread with no pool, it was leaving InputSource instances around and preventing deallocation. 
Remove device caching in DeckLink source; caching is handled in the base app now.
Fix potential deadlock when deallocating a DeckLink source
